Complaint: Multiple complaints over the past several months that although this site has been updated as of 9/30/06, the site owner is not sending out orders to paying customers.  Numerous reports indicate that no response is offered for voicemail or email attempts to contact the company, and buyers have been forced to file a complaint with Paypal for reimbursement.

Complaint: Multiple complaints that owner has a opened the site for the second time since not filling orders to reps in 2006. Again the site owner is not sending out orders or refunds.  Reports indicate that no response is offered via voicemail or email attempts to contact the company, and buyers have been forced to file a complaint with Paypal for reimbursement.
