at a Piczo site claiming it is "Safe and Secure":
PLEASE NOTE: For
your security while visiting sites, always make sure the address of the
secure site begins with "https://"
and you see the Encrypted Data lock
to ensure
proper SSL Certificates. Otherwise, it is NOT a "safe and secure" site.
An example would be Pay pal. When you sign on, the http:// changes to https://
and the site displays the security lock emblem. Ms. Ledcke's Piczo site was not
"secure" making her claim yet another scam.
