Although Angela Ledcke often averts
the discussion
to her hubby and her devotion to him, their family, her
community and church, and claims of being a good-deed-doing/honest
and upstanding citizen when she is being caught in her online
scams and lies, seeing her match.com profile (as well as others)
the following information, simply found by way of an internet
search on several of her alias IDs, makes those claims a little difficult to believe!
These profiles are ONLY being posted here to
demonstrate that what she claims regarding her personal life is
also deceptive.

The above information was found through an internet search
on several of Angela Ledcke's alias identities and email IDs. Ms. Ledcke has recently challenged this
information by
saying that during the timeline she participated in the dating
service sites that she and her husband were going through a
separation. She (in third person, as usual) states online,

the real question at hand is: Was Angela going through marital
problems at that time, 11/06?"
and further
quotes: her
own testimony,
"I contacted Angela Ledcke via her phone number on her website, I blantantly [sic]
came right out and asked her if she joined the above
mentioned dating services here was her response:

in September of 2006 my husband and I were separated, and I wanted
to see what was out there"
"That is for when I was ready to start
dating again"
"My husband and I got back together in December of
2006, actually it was 2 weeks before Christmas of 2006" (Mid

that a popular retail candle chain offered to buy her candle
site. She also claimed that a famous TV personality ("O")
was
coming to her home for a candle party.

Taking Advantage of |

In the aftermath of hurricane
Katrina, while most people where thinking of others and how they
could help, Ledcke was thinking of how she could take
advantage of the situation and help herself! Bustedscammers
was forwarded from an online parrot group several solicitations
made by Ms. Ledcke to the group shortly after hurricane Katrina.
In these solicitations Ms. Ledcke (living in Indiana) was requesting donations of bird
feed, pet food, and even household items such as paper towels -
claiming that she had "rescued" animals and rare birds from the
devastated New Orleans region. The group leader recognized
that it was a scam because of the immediate ban on the removal of
animals such as exotic birds from the State of Louisiana after
hurricane Katrina. |

After Angela Ledcke posted online about her stay in jail, this
was found in the Marion County, Indiana online Public Records.

Result:
According to her husband, John Ledcke, as well as Marion County,
Indiana Court records,
Angela Ledcke again lost custody of one of her daughters.
This time it was attributed to her
psychological problems and continued refusal to comply with Court
Orders to provide counseling for her daughter and obtain a
psychological evaluation for herself. (Per Ms. Ledcke) She was also ordered to
attend parenting classes, but refused. (Court records and transcripts
were provided via Ms.
Ledcke's website.) Then, in an absurd attempt
of denial of
her own egregious actions that had lead to the Court's involvement
and decision to remove the 17 year old daughter from Ms. Ledcke's home,
Angela Ledcke posted publicly in forums, blogs, and on her own site a
libelous attempt to somehow deflect blame to the child's father - who was not
only given SOLE physical and legal custody, but because of
the outcome, was
endorsed without
question by the Court, the GAL, and the office of Child
Advocates.
Ms. Ledcke, according to her own admission (in forums), was denied
ANY visitation.
Please Note:
Rarely and ONLY in a cases where the Court finds
one parent either incompetent or unfit does it award sole
legal and physical to the other parent ? with no
visitation or parenting time provided for the non-custodial
parent. |

Ledcke?s
fraud and scams are not limited to online. Research of
public records for Marion County, Indiana provided
Case
#49K050510SC009907 for
example. (Fill in her name) where a local Day Spa took Angela
Ledcke to Court for refusing to pay $700 for personal services.
Seems that although Angela Ledcke enjoys lavish indulgences
- she doesn't like to pay the bill! Instead, she selfishly
scammed the staff and owner out of the
extravagance she
received and enjoyed! All-the-while Ms. Ledcke was planning a bankruptcy, with no
intentions to pay for the $700 in pampering and services she
received.

The Day Spa wasn't the only victim of
Angela's selfish plan to cheat and defraud in this way, as the victims to
report such include online companies such as Levine Gifts that Ms
Ledcke purchased inventory from for her online site(s).
From her candle inventory, to daycare services, to vet services,
to spa luxuries, to Montessori schools and daycares, to her online
website services, several homes, and thousands in loans and deceptive check writings, the Ledckes simply wrote off well over $320,000
in the same way - leaving
others with the financial loss. Collectively the Ledcke's 3rd
bankruptcy in the past 10 years, (see page 2 of the details
in link below.) the habit of this sort of selfish indulgence,
living high, then walking away from the financial responsibility
seems not only to demonstrate an obvious lack of character, but a
total lack of morals and conscience as well! Angela Ledcke's
response to living this way is "Who hasn't?"

management company and the home owner with the financial
responsibility. Since the homeowner ultimately had to carry

Angela Ledcke
is no stranger to diverting prosecution. Via a
Google search on "Angela
Ledcke," (see
Sentence Extended) it was
discovered that Christian
Schubart, Angela Ledcke's father, is currently serving time in
Indiana for nine alcohol-related violations between 1987 and 1997.
According to the below articles. before he could be sentenced after pleading guilty for the last
three violations, Schubart left the country for his home town of
Berlin, Germany. Upon trying to return to the U.S. however,
he was arrested April, 2004 at JFK International
Airport in New York City by officers with the Department of
Homeland Security after a computer scan showed Schubart had two
outstanding warrants for his arrest.

In mid 2006 Ledcke was
issued a summons and criminal charges
were brought against her by the Hamilton County Prosecutor's
Office in Indiana for multiple counts of deceptive check writing.
Failing to appear for her hearing, as well as her Court date, and
after having had a re-arrest warrant with a $1,000 bond issued, she
filed for indigency and was appointed pauper counsel. She entered into a
Diversion Program to avoid a
jail sentence, and in an attempt to
con the Prosecutor's
Office, Angela originally claimed to have completed her required community
service hours by working on a "non-profit" website. This
website proved to be owned and operated by Angela, herself (boafnetwork).
Whois
Because of her failure to comply, the State filed a motion to
reset for trial. Case number 29D04-0603-CM-02443,
State Vs. Angela Ledcke, was re-docketed for a bench trial
with the Hamilton County Superior Court Four on
September 17, 2007 at 2:00. (Last appointment listed at 2:00).
(To avoid criminal conviction through the pre-trial
diversion program offered through the prosecutor's office, Ms. Ledcke was put on probation and required by the Court to pay restitution,
and serve
community service hours in order to fulfill
the requirements and conditions to have the criminal charges
eventually
dismissed.)

postings, Angela Ledcke has
lashed out and
directly (and quite vulgarly) threatened and accused our staff and our
“followers” as the ones responsible for the
apparent "obscene" and unwanted guestbook comments her 12 year
daughter has allegedly received on one of the many websites
where Ledcke has ignorantly exposed the child. (www.lilvet.com)
Ledcke has also
promoted and provided links to this child's sites on her own
website, MySpace, and online journal, and has invited the internet population to visit,
contact, and
leave comments for her 12 year old daughter. Although,
without a doubt,
abuse will occur as the result of the internet exposure
Ledcke has ignorantly provided for her child,
the staff at bustedscammers.com can vouch that no one at BS has
participated in what Ledcke accuses. One has to wonder, however, what
would be considered by Angela Ledcke as “vulgar” and/or “obscene” –
as she freely explodes the “f” bomb in casual
conversation with this 12 year old daughter as well as her 7
year old son while filming a video with the children.
Ledcke even offers to put this vulgar video up on her
daughter’s video website for other children to see and hear! (The
video was, in fact, posted on the daughter’s
kid-video sharing website, friendtube.com, but was removed due to the offensive content.) A
portion of the audio from that video is available below – however, please be advised that Angela Ledcke
not only drops the f-bomb verbally, other f-bombs (of the
flatulent sort) are free flowing as well. (There seems
to be no gas shortage in the Ledcke family!)
